Traffic classes such as A15, B125, C250 and D400 refer to tested cover systems under the applicable standard. They cannot be assigned from nominal FRP panel thickness alone.

How are FRP trench covers supported and fixed?
The support frame, bearing width, fixing clips and uplift restraint must be designed for the cover and site loads. Share a cross section and opening dimensions so the connection can be reviewed.
Can an FRP cover carry heavy truck traffic?
It may be possible with a specifically engineered and tested assembly. Vehicle access requires the applicable load class, wheel loads, full frame design and verified test results; thickness alone cannot confirm suitability.
Which resin should I choose?
Provide the chemicals, concentrations and temperatures. Orthophthalic, isophthalic and vinyl ester systems differ, but compatibility depends on the specific formulation and exposure.
Will an anti slip surface remain effective?
Traction depends on finish, use and cleaning. Specify the required slip test method and maintenance conditions, then inspect wear over time.
Can you make openings, handles or irregular shapes?
